It is currently built in Wordpress with the Classipress theme. The issue is just getting to expensive to customize the theme the way I need it.
WHAT I AM REQUESTING:
I would like a developer to recreate this site using customized coding and a custom admin panel.
I would like the site to perform the same tasks and have the look and feel of a [login to view URL] (not coding or content) I HAVE THE EXAMPLE HOMEPAGE done.
Site objectives -
User comes to the site to search for a tenant.
User should have the following capabilites to perform on the site. When searching they should be able to add o the favorties, create a report or compare. User Dashboard - Favorites, Tenant Listings, Property Listings, etc. etc.
All pages should function the same but would like a new look.
Will give greater detail on what page does what on acceptance of award.
Please note that you will be expected to have quick turnaround times and abide by your deadline.
