osCommerce Custom Products

I just purchased an osCommerce template that had all the features, pages, etc I needed. There is a live demo at:

however, the template is for selling of computers. I want to use it to sell custom contact cards, greeting cards, etc. Basically the customer has to tell me what they want in their card: name, address, salutation, select a font from 3 choices, etc. Basically he should fill up a form with the info and that form must be attached to the product when checking out. I am not a programmer but osCommerce site has a module called CCC (custom computer configuration), maybe this can be used. I have 7 types of products that woudl need a form each
