We require a custom template for a Magento store. This online shop sells chemicals and work with many chemical formulas. We do not have many other product pictures so this is the reason why we can not use many templates. We require a custom one for our chemical online shop.
The design should be minimal , simple and clear. Here some example of the design we require:

The template should not have negative effects on the speed of the site load time.
Also the template should be SEO friendly and compactible to iOS and Android smartphones / tabletts.

We require also a newsletter template. The old banner we can not use so you have also modify them that they look good in the new custom template.
