Hello,
This is a much more detailed description about my project and if you are still interested in working for me, I can send you more specific information.
1) I have an account with bluehost and you can look at their features and control panel demo at htttp://www.bluehost.com. Familarity with their control panel and similar is not required but prefered.
2)Web-Development: I will give you my ideas on design and layout such as text, background, colors, buttons and like but I can negotiate with you on details. Graphics and images will be provided by me. Fixed Content such as About US, Services, Advertising, Contact Us, Help, FAQ, SiteMap, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy will be linked to the navigation system. On the main page, news and updates, articles with pictures will be updated on a daily basis using the content managment system of your choice or choose from what my webhost offers. The sitemap would be built in and will update when the changes are made. The home page could be a separate page that had random images(sourced from the website) displayed on it as well as the site name and logo. Clicking any of these images would take you into the site.
3)There will be a membership section where users will have to register before accessing the features. For example, if they click on a article link, they will be presented with a register feature. The users control panel will have this following: Forgot password? Renew Subscription? Write For Us? Feedback? BookMarks?
4)Blogs(Wordpress) and Interactive Forum wil be added on the main page as well.
5) Here are a list of websites with layout and organization I particularly like: New Yorker, Vanity fair, Seventeen, Teenvogue, City and Utne Reader. I don't need a flash for my website.
