Whatsapp Bulk Sending Website

1. I need a website extension to send bulk whatsapp messages. (Needs to be self-hosted)

2. List management

- Creating, managing, etc

- Categorize/Segmenting

- Assign sender numbers to list

- Assign sender names to lists (1 name or more)

2. Contact management

- Importing

- Categorize/Segmenting

- Removing Duplicates when importing into 1 list

- Checking if all numbers have whatsapp (during importing should be a function which can be turned off for importing)

- Assign contacts to several lists

3. Suppression list

- List which won't be send to

4. Unsubscribe list

- Automatic unsubscribe handling

o Via Message (I.E. whatsapp STOP or something like it back and will be removed automatically)

o Via Website

5. Whatsapp Checker

- Check single number

- Check multiple numbers if they have whatsapp

o Csv import

o txt import

o Multiple input field

6. Number activation

- WART number activation through the website

7. Message Sending and Receiving

- Sending

o Text

o Images

o Video's

o GPS location

o Outbox function to see which messages have been send to which lists

- Receiving

o Should be able to receive messages (Inbox)

o Should be able to receive images

- Auto-Reply function (Condition Messaging)

o Segmenting based on responses (i.e. If someone replies, SIGN ME UP you can set an automatic reply message and segment them to a certain list)

- Scheduling of messages

Scheduling is important as sending too many will bring in too much inquries which will overload the staff

8. Basic reporting interface

- How many imported numbers have whatsapp

- How many numbers don't have whatsapp

- How many whatsapp messages are successfully sent (per list)

- How many whatsapp messages are NOT successfully sent (per list)

- How many whatsapp messages are send through each sender number
