Company logo design needed

We will be needing the source files used in creating the logos so we can handle furture changes on our own.

We will need one large full standard page copy.

We will need one 1/3 sized pamphlet sized logo.

We will need one business card sized logo.

I will need you to upon bid you to tell me size you will be supplying for each image above mentioned.

All these images will be the same.

We have attached two images one is of a blue dancer. This is to show the style and color we would like our logo to be re produced in.

We have also attached a image of a hand drawing that shows what the new logo should look like.

THe arms of the woman in the image should make the "V" in Vivacious and the leg will be bent to make the "D" in Developments

We do want muscle tone in the arms in legs, but the face can be a front or side profile.

Please provide a short mockup of your idea and this can often guarantee an immediate acceptance.

We need this done very quickly no more than ones days work it should take.

I would like all source files as well a jpegs for my use. I think this project should be well under $50. 5 need this done within hours not days. I need someone to get on this project now and finish it quickly.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
