Internet Cafe Timer - Walled garden

An application that will run on internet cafe workstations that will control access and billing of internet surfers.

The app will be a client-server, with the server responsible for client admin; definition of walled garden urls; generation of time ticket for use on the clients; perform other administrative functions like remote logging out, remote shutdown, print capture, limitation of computer users to control panel and other administrative features on the computer, logging of clients' activities, display of clients' status.

The access control will not be by covering the screen like most timing softwares do, but by restricting access to the internet to just a handful of URL specified on the server called "walled garden". It will work such as if <[url removed, login to view]> is within the walled garden, even without buying time ticket for use on the workstation you can still browse to [url removed, login to view] and as long as you are within [url removed, login to view] once you try to link up to another url other than that then the web browser will be redirected to a page on the server stating that the need to log on with a time ticket. Once a valid ticket is entered, verified then the browser resume from the intended url the browser was trying to open and subsequently can open any website.

This application should be able to disable access to cached webpages if so desired, such offline browsing.

Lastly when the client is not connected to the server, the screen should covered with a blank screen with access to network settings for trouble shooting and for setting the IP address of the server and so on, once the client is connected the blank screen should clear and normal operation as descried above should resume.

From the server this unique feature of walled garden with open screen should be turned on or off. while off the application should function like any traditional internet cafe time and while turned if should function as described above.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
