Real Basic Database Search Program

I am looking to have created in Realbasic a databse program for searching apartment data. Its a simple databse program, I will need the following: A customer management system which stores past searches and customer data, the ability to search multiple apartment data records via multiple search options. The ability to print and e-mail reports. I will need a management backend where I can update info and somehow produce an update file to distribute to other users of the software. Storage of pictures of the complexes should also be part of the database. There are probably other features I am forgetting, at the heart of this is a database program, there should not be anything terribly difficult or time consuming to implement. Another thing I will need is a map, which I should be able to provide with a way to draw a search area around a certain section of town. If you need any other info to bid on this project please let me know. This project should include the source and a final build copy for MACOSX and Windows.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
