Undelete / Disk Wipe program

We are looking to create a dual purpose program that does the following:

**Undelete (File/Folder Recovery)**

* Recover deleted data (files, folders, etc)

* Include a wizard interface

* Recover lost email

**Disk Wiper**

* Wipe Unused disk space using **DOD**5220.22-M standard

* Total Wipe - Create a bootable disk autostarts after reboot and completely wipe a drive using **DOD** 5220.22-M standard and format so NO DATA on the drive may be recovered.

For an example of the undelete program, please see <[url removed, login to view]>. We would like to use a similar wizard-like interface.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows:

A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) Buyer must be able to compile product in buyer's development environment.

5) Source code must be well-documented in English.

## Platform

Windows 98, 98SE, Me, NT4, 2000, XP, 2003, including all versions with most recent two service packs if applicable; **FAT, FAT32 and NTFS** file systems.
