update wordpress ticket system plugin

You can also add a ticket as FAQ to the FAQ pipe.\r\n2- Add canned messages section, a messes can be inserted to any reply as a fast-input method\r\n3- Add signature to each user, the signature will be inserted automatically to each user reply [ based on an settings option ]\r\n4- *** calculate response time to each reply, then inform user with average response time to expect a reply from you.\r\n5- add rating system to each reply [1-5] and show statistics to each user\r\n6- Add chat box [based on a settings option], by the end of a chat session you can select to add this session to TS as a new ticket. The chat box will include department list to select form and product list [based on a setting option]. Also chat box should show online/offline based on if there any user login to the TS admin and its status is \"available\". I no response receive during specific period say [1 min, a setting option], the chat inquiry should be submitted as ticket automatically.\r\n7- Any delete action should be immediately /confirmed based on a setting option\r\n8- Plugin should allow a robust protection mechanism, which allow the full functionality of the plugin for limited time [say 14 days, based on a setting on my server] then allow limited functionality for life time.\r\n\r\n*** the response time in its simple way will include holidays in its calculation mechanism, although the accurate method should exclude it. anyway, I will accept the simple/accurate method.\r\n \r\nAdditional Info\r\n****************************\r\nThis plugin will be developed in Drupal, Joomla, Magento, Prestashop, osCommerce, OpenCart, ZenCart too, so please let me know if you have any skills of any of them. \r\n\r\n******Instructions********\r\n1- your code should be well commented\r\n2- you should provide comprehensive documentation for the plugin features usage (markdown is recommended, but can be in html or even plain text)\r\n\r\n\r\n******VIP*******\r\n1- Only serious and professional Wordpress developers apply.
