Wordpress Template Modifications

I have a wordpress theme and I need some modifications. Theme is Invictus from TF.

1. Put two big fading-in and fading-out arrows instead of the current controls you see there.

2. Change the horizontal menu to vertical

3. Make a page-template with JScrollpanel to show some images that when clicked goes to a custom link. Demo: [url removed, login to view]
