Add GET method response in SCI

I have attached file, which controls SCI for [login to view URL]

1. Currently it response only POST method, i want you to modify it, so that it can also support GET method

2. On payment form for "currency" parameter currently using "debit_base" instead of "USD", it need to fix , so that user can use either USD or debit_base both.

As per available curency: $currency_type['USD'] = "debit_base";

$currency_type['RUB'] = "debit_extra1";

$currency_type['EUR'] = "debit_extra2";

$currency_type['UAH'] = "debit_extra3";

$currency_type['BDT'] = "debit_extra4";

$currency_type['GBP'] = "debit_extra5";

Its not big task, its very small task. but it will help build our profile.
