Call function from ETH Contract

We have a contract and we need to call a function (mint) preferably with php.

We already made connection to local parity rpc, successfully unlocked account for sending, but can not do last part. (we have working code in js but we need that in php using some eth. php libary

Requirements for this job : PHP, geth/parity RPC knowledge .

This needs to be done today.
