"Digitalize" a pdf catalogue and made it searchable

In the everyday practice me and other persons often use a PDF-catalouge when needed to select the correct gear for the application.
I am inspired from the website - [login to view URL] , where they have a similar "filtering tool", but for electric motors.
However in [login to view URL], there are 4 filters, here are only 2.
The main problem should be the converting the catalog to a searchable MySQL database (or just I think so)
Attached you will find the catalog, which is separated on 2 main parts - Technical data and Drawings, also 2 drawings are attached for explanation.
When this is ready, the final result should be 2 "template pages":
1. Filtering page - where you see the filter drop-down menus and a list of all gear-motors meeting the selected criteria (if nothing is selected - list of all gears)
2. The above list should be with hyperlinks, so when you select a the gear you want - its page to open containing a drawing of the gear.
