Drupal portal work

I would like to take the help from Drupal experts for the following work:

1. Batch print option to generate barcode labels using barcode/serial modules.

2. Develop Drupal web services and support to integrate with Mobile application (WinCE application). WinCE mobile application will be developed by us.

Note:

1. Bid only if you are competent enough undertake this work. This will avoid wasting both of our time.

2. No advance money will be paid, money will be paid through freelancer after successful completion of the work

3. No money will be paid other than agreed amount.

4. You need to flexible enough to accommodate minor changes. No extra money will be paid for minor changes. How ever, any change that require more than a day can be estimated / quoted for further charges.

5. Milestone dates will be set by us and this is based on availability of my time for testing and any other dependent work.

6. On time delivery and quality is must.
