Edit Wordpress tag page to show a customized excerpt

The wordpress [login to view URL] pages have to be changed. Now it shows excerpts with the first 50 words of the articles. This is the standards wordpress behavior.
1) I need to change the tag loop pages so that they will show the beginning of the articles (so no change) ONLY for the articles that do not contain the tag words in the article text. For example if the article has the words "bird in the sky", but the article does not conain the words "birds" and "sky", it will show the beginning of the articles (two characters words, articles should be ignored). Else:
2) it shows few words before and after the found words in the article. For example, if the article has the following text:
"Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with five desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum."
In the settings it has the tag "five centuries", the excerpt of the post in the tag [login to view URL] will be:
"(...)It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into(...)passages, and more recently with five desktop publishing software like Aldus(...)"
because the word "five centuries" and "five" are found in the text , so these pieces will be shown in bold.
3) it must have a conditional in the code that I can change in order to show how many padding words I want to show before and after. For example up to 5... 10... 15 words before and after the found words. In the previous example it shows 5 words of padding.
