Fixing problem with order status from paymants

Looking for fix problm with change status for order in database after paymants.

I have 2 CMS 1) WP + WC + modificate plugins, 2 author php CMS + mysql

Path with last step not working

Wordpress -> fill form Woocommerce -> add order to database ok -> paymant (dotpay) --> receive staus from dotpay and change in woocommerce database to this step is ok -> add order to another database in 2 CMS by plugins this is ok -> change status in another database from another CMS outside and send key by mail (not working)
