Fortumo module for Hostbill

Hello,

I need Fortumo mobile payment module for Hostbill.

I need module that can control network fee which will subtract total deposited money to account in percentage.

Example, If client add 5 euros to account and if I selected that fee is 50% then user must get 2.5 euros.

I started writing that module but I do not have enough PHP skills to complete it.
