GPT site build from scratch -- 2

Hello,

I need a gpt script that's build from scratch only for me.

General

Internationalization

The website needs to have a multi-langual feature. As example: visitors from england get connected with [url removed, login to view], visitors from sweden get connected with [url removed, login to view] and so on. The site text needs to be in a simple language file so that i can translate it in multiple languages. it needs to be easy to add, and remove languages.

The Paid to Lead part needs to have a special internationalization so that, members from sweden gets lead ads from sweden, and members from england get lead ads from england.

Languages needs to be controlled via de adminpanel, so there needs to be a feature for. Also it would be nice that different languages are in different language files.

Member Area

-Dashboard

A page with a few latest transactions, account balance, and other member statistics.

-Earn features (see "Member earn features:")

-Referral system

-Support center

The support center needs to have a option for members to create tickets.

-Internal private message system

Members can sent internal private messages to each other.

-Payout request page

The admin can add prepaid card providers to the Payout request page via the admin panel, the members can request a payout en the admin can process the cashout and set it as complete via the admin panel.

-Member profiles

Each member needs to get their own profile, other members can view the profile.

-(Profile) settings

Members can change their information, and avatar.

-Buy points

A option to buy points via superrewards.

Member earn features:

-Superrewards

-Tokenads (new brand name = Woobi)

-Paid to lead

Admin user can add,remove or edit campaigns via the admin panel, also there needs to be a panel in the admin panel where i can approve and disapprove leads from members.

-Referrals

-Lotery

Adminpanel

With the admin panel i can control every feature on the website.
