Integrate Offerwall into WordPress site

I need someone that can integrate AdGate Media Offerwall API ([url removed, login to view]) into my site.
This will be integrated as a point system, so that my members can complete offers from the offer wall and earn points. With those points they can then be used to unlock(purchase) downloadable content.
Example: "Download Content Episode1" needs 150Points to download. The member only has 50points in his account. So he goes to the Offerwall completes offers until he has enough points to unlock (purchase) "Download Content Episode1." Once he unlocks that download the points will be removed from his account.
I will need Adgate Media integrated into my site and NOT as an iFrame. I will need postbacks set up and a locker so my downloads can remain locked until a member unlocks them with the correct amount of points.
Budget is $50-$100 this is quick money. I'm willing to pay today! I have a membership plugin already for WordPress that I'm using but I'm not looking for anything fancy, just something simple so my members can earn Points.
