Keep mind this general workflow

-2 types of users: brokers and admins

-users can login to this portal (includes forgot pw/basic features, etc.)

-broker can "post CDF" which they then fill out an online form with all the fields on the form you can see on the portal (& screenshots).

-one of the pieces entered into the system are the commissions (or properties) that have been earned.

-these commissions are split amongst multiple options

-theres also YTD (year to date) commissions, commission goals, amount collected so far.

-all these values need to automatically generated a bar graph, which is then posted to another section of the portal (behind the graph icon) for brokers & admins to view. For this, I'm picturing:

X axis = months

Y axis = amount (dollars)

Each commission (or property/address) has its own bar for each of the mentioned pieces (commission value this month, YTD, goal, amount collected so far.

Need to figure out the best way to represent this and automatically feed those form answers into a graph that is created out of this.

This is the majority of what's needed here for sprint 1. But it's important that brokers are able to access this system and fill out this online form and it's important that the data is automatically fed into a bar graph.
