Make changes to my existing Attendize installation as per project Description

I have attendize installed on my domain. I would like the following changes made:
Item 1:
Change date format on event page. It currently displays as:
"2020-01-31 18:00 - 2020-02-01 23:00"
Change to:
"31st Jan and 1st Feb 2020"
Item 2:
Change the REGISTER button to BUY TICKETS
Item 3:
Change Ordering page so that it doesn't ask for each ticket holders details, just the initial purchasers name and email.
