Need someone to help fixing "Booked" plugin, since there is a problem with z-index

Hey.
We have this site: [login to view URL] - which has a problem with z-index.
If you try to click on "BOOK MØDE" in the navbar- then select an available field(f.x 30) then you click on a time that's available, and there you will have to type in name, and email.
But the problem is, that when you are clicking on it, you can't type into those fields. We have asked StackOverflow, and they said it's a z-index problem.
Why we think it's a z-index problem, I's because at first, it opens a modal when you click on "book møde" and then when you choose a time that's available it also opens a modal.
Hope to see someone that can fix it.
The plugin name is: "Booked - Appointment Booking for WordPress"
The plugin has been extracted "as-it-is" from an old site, but the plugin & WordPress is the exact same version.
