Optimization of HTML, Solve Social Book Counter's Prob, Check & Improve the settings among Google Console, Google Analytics and WP website

The number of traffic to my wp-website is currently quite few and I am looking for a real capable web developer who can find the cause of low traffic to my website and solve them.

In terms of issues related to SEO matter happens on my WP-website,

I have already found below problems to affect my website badly.

1. Bad HTML structure

Some web developers have pointed out that the HTML structure of my wp-website

is bad and that bad HTML structure is affecting low page ranking of my website.

Pls optimize HTML structure of my WP-website.

2, Problem on Google Analytics

Error message has been shown on Google Analytics admin page as below.

"There is no active tracking code has not been set to my website's URL"

I would like you to check my WP admin page & Google analytics admin page

whether they have been linked with the specific traffic code properly.

A certain developer has already pointed out that somehow, GA code has not been

set on the page of "HOME". Pls set GA code on my website properly.

[url removed, login to view] console admin page says that All pages(22 pages) have been

indexed in Google. On the other hands, in Japanese Index checker,

as results on that checker, only 5 pages have been indexed in Google.

Some of Anchor texts in "How your data links" look duplicated.

a) No site errors

b) URL errors are

・Server Error

　wp-content/themes/jupiter/ (1 time everyday, error code 500)

・ Access Denied Error

wp-content/themes/jupiter/js(1 time everyday, error code 403)

wp-content/themes/jupiter/images/(1 time everyday, error code 403)

In order to solve above issues, I just tried to set [url removed, login to view] hand-manually

in my FTP(In WP, virtual [url removed, login to view] with default codes is generated automatically)

Even though I placed [url removed, login to view] hand-manually in FTP to allow crawl acess to JS

etc, in Japanese Google index checker, the search result still shows only 5 pages

indexed in Google.

・Not Found Error

77 Not Found URLs has been detected everyday.

Not Found URL has increased drastically 17 Mar 2016 onwards.

I asked my previous WEB developer who set Breadcrumbs links &

improve loading speed of my website on 15 Mar 2016,and

after he started to handle these tasks, this phenomenon have seemed

to start happening.

There is a possibility that he might have deleted necessary back codes wrongly

or added wrong codes on my FTP during improvement of loading speed of

my website etc.

[url removed, login to view] on Social Book Counter

The setting of social book counter looks wrong.

In the end of Apr, the counter No. of Facebook was suddenly changed

from 2 to 139 on the SAME DAY in only 1 day.

Initial setting of social book counter on my wp website might have been wrong.

Pls check the setting of social book counter, solve the problem and set it properly.

Pls solve all above problems and increase traffics to my website.
