OSC migration from V2.3.3.1 to V2.3.4.1

The current [login to view URL] OSC site needs upgraded to the latest versions. Some functionality will not be ported to the new system, some functionality requires new contributions/modules, and some new functionality has been identified. The attached .pdf provides details of the system, addresses which contributions/modules will and will not be upgraded, identifies the new functionality we require, and should serve as our project document for this small project. I will be looking for your advice/expertise on all modules/contribuions. Please read it carefully.

The winning bidder will be very experienced working with OSCommerce and will have a portfolio of work to show that. They will have completed several migrations to new versions already. They will be able to address all issues in the attached document and identify any that I've missed. They will be able to make recommendations to ensure the new site has minimum code modifications. They will recommend specific contributions that are known to work well and provide the functionality we need.

I'm 50+, live in Houston, Texas, United States, which is in the Central Standard Time zone. I travel extensively, so I'm seldom at a computer. I have an IT background (semi-retired now) and primarily do small business consulting.
