Paid Membership Pro and other things

I'm looking for someone who has experience with Paid Membership Pro. I've purchased the pro version. Here are my problems:
1. PayPal isn't working. I'm getting the following error message: You do not have permissions to make this API call
2. The Users end up in Membership on Paid Membership Pro, but I can't delete them. They don't end up in the general WordPress Users section.
3. Each of the different user accounts should correspond to certain privileges.
4. I'm not sure where people who sign up get redirected to. I want them to get to the home page.
5. I'm also using a program called Social Login. I can use Twitter to log in, but I'm not ending up on the WordPress Users database. Also, the users need to be redirected to the home page.
6. I need to make sure that when people log in with Facebook, Twitter, Google or Instagram that it's working.
7. I want to make sure that after everyone logs in for the frst time, they get the Terms of Service Page. I'm using software called Peepso, which had me put in Terms of Service, but I haven't been able to log in.
8. On another computer, I got stuck with captcha at the log-in. I want that removed.
9. I'm using a thing called "Country Blocker." Just need to make sure that it's working.
