photo gallery management / newsscript / forum

Hello, I am looking for a scripter who can help me to setup what would mainly be a photo gallery management system for an adult entertainment site.

I am looking for a script which would manage thumnbail galleries on my site. i would like it setup so that when users view a photo in the gallery, they can rank the photo based on a scale of 1 to 10. the total average ranking of each photo would become the score for the entire gallery. i would also like it setup so that the user can leave comments under the thumbnail gallery page. i'm also thinking of having some small video uploads which would stream into a page, with the same comments option underneath.

if it's at all possible i'd like for this to be managed through an in-browser control panel where i can upload my thumbnails and photos. i would like to be able to create categories and subcategories which different galleries can be placed into through this magament system.

like say i want a subcategory for a certain model or celebrity, so the user can view her page, with her list of galleries, and they will be listed in order according to the rank of the gallery. getting me here? i'd like to be able to having the rankings for the top galleries list in a top ten fashion in my menu too, this shouldn't be too hard.

i would also like a mainpage news script which i can post my daily entries from, ideally this script will allow user to post comments under each day's news post. i'd the entire site to be a signup deal, so users create an account and from this account can leave comments, rank photos, and post in my forums.

now i'm not sure if this is possible, but if someone could set it up so that the site would be able to use the same user database as a phpbb or other free based forum that'd be great. i have no trouble setting this sort of thing up, and it would save me a little money. it would be great if the user could signup on the mainpage, and instantly be able to post to my forums without having to signup for a second account.

there are a few other things i am planning on doing with this site, but if any scripters could set me up with a quote, i'd like to continue a working relationship with a good programmer who can help with additional things later down the road.
