PHP / 68Classifieds Website Search Modification

We would like to make a modification to 68Classifieds. We would like two search facilities on the home page, instead of one, searching against two separate categories (there are only two categories).

For those not familiar with 68Classfieds, it is an off-the-shelf classifieds web site. It is written in PHP with MySQL. The site already has a search facility on the home, we need to create a second one. All templates, code, database infrastructure are provided.
