php programmers needed on project basis and monthly

we are looking for only freelancers who are expert in php. Freelancer should be from india and quote there monthly price. show your work and experiance. currently we are looking for a CMS with template based . quote your bid for monthly for 8 hrs. a day , 6 days a week , 4 weeks a month. bonus will be provided too depending on the performance.
