I am looking for someone to develop an app for me to manage properties. I am looking for something simple and clean with the following functions:
page 1) A splash page with a black swan logo
page 2) give five options: (A) Enter a new property, (B) Manage Current Properties, (C) Rent Management (D) Expenses (E) Records Management
2a.2) Enter a new tenant info, full address, tenant phone number and email.
2a.3) Enter lease details such as address, start and end date, deposit amount, and rent amount.
[login to view URL]) A preview page of all the info being saved with text stating if the save was successful or not.
[login to view URL]) A page listing all the properties in the database; in spreadsheet layout, with the ability to select an individual property.
[login to view URL]) when an individual property is selected, I want to be able to view all relevant info about the property, with the ability to view attachments such as pictures and leases. This page should also give me the ability to edit property fields, save changes, and delete the property from the database.
[login to view URL]) This page should show a listing of selectable addresses and tenant name only, in spreadsheet format. If a tenant is current with rent, their cell field should be green. If they are delinquent, their cell field should be red.
[login to view URL]) When an individual property is selected, this page should show the following input fields:
How much was the lot rent?
How much were the utilities?
How much rent was paid?
[login to view URL]) Once the information is added, the tenants current rent balance should be displayed.
[login to view URL]) Displays a selectable spreadsheet listing of all current properties.
[login to view URL]) When a property is selected, a new page will prompt questions with fillable text boxes asking:
What was the expense for?
How much was the expense?
[login to view URL]) Displays a selectable spreadsheet showing each property and the total income for each unit (total rents minus expenses). This page should also show the total income (or liability) for all the properties combined.
2.e.3) If an individual property is selected, I would like to see a spreadsheet showing all deposits and deductions for that individual property, the dates they were made, and the ability to view any associated attachments.
