Review and adjust custom WordPress Theme

We had a custom WordPress theme made about a year ago. We are not changing from "Stand-alone" WordPress with PHP5 to Multisite WordPress with PHP7.
We would like to have an expert review the theme we had made. Make sure its fully ready to be used on WordPress Multisite install on PHP7.
The theme consists of:
• Front page
• 1 custom page type
As I said, the theme is already built, just need to have someone review and adjust it. Make sure its fully ready for use on our new environment.
