Simple Bulk Email Inbox Creator / Manager

Hello, I'm looking for someone to build me a Simple Bulk Email Inbox Creator / Manager Tool that can be run off of a central VPS server.

Basically I need an online panel that will enable select users to create their own small email inboxes (maybe 25 mb max) on a list of integrated domain names that I will provide.

I will provide a list of domains such as:

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

etc...

And then update MX Records (Preferred) or Nameservers of the domains to point at the central server which should enable ... easy email inbox creation at these particular domains. So that users can easily create personal email addresses / inboxes such as admin AT [url removed, login to view] or aaron92 AT [url removed, login to view] with a few clicks of a button.

The main purpose of these email inboxes will be for use with Account Creation / Association purposes. When I create various online accounts for business purposes I am constantly needing to create new email addresses to associate and verify these accounts with. The purpose of this software will be to make this process Much easier for myself and a handful of other users.

The Software will need to have two simple dashboards

1. User Dashboard

2. Administrative Dashboard

Features:

From the User Dashboard:

- User should be able to Create New Email Inboxes and select which domain they would like to create it on from a list of available addresses such as AT [url removed, login to view] , AT b2mail.com. They would enter desired username such as exampleuser which would create the address: exampleuser AT x7mail.com.

- User should be able to View List of create email accounts / inboxes - and then be able to login / view email inbox by simply clicking once. (1 Click Login)

- User should be able to forward specific email inboxes to another internal or external email address.

From the Admin Dashboard:

- Admin should be able to View list of create user accounts / add / manage / delete accounts.

- Admin should be able to "Configure New Domain" / manage existing domains. When Admin clicks "Configure New Domain" they will be given (MX Records (preferred) or Nameservers) to update their entered domain to configure it within the software and allow AT [url removed, login to view] email addresses / inboxes to be created.

- Admin should be able to specify several separate Email Inbox user account packages. So when admin creates new user account... they can select a package which will have a predefined Storage Space and Number of Email Accounts quota allotment.

Clarifications:

- No auto user registration page / system is required. As all user accounts will be created manually by the admin.

- Email inboxes don't need to be overly fancy / feature rich. Just need to receive emails / send simple emails / replies and allow users to click account verification links.
