Site Monitor that monitors for new products added and restocks

Looking for a developer that can write me program based on the following info for Sneaker Sites:
- This program will monitor 24/7 for products added to a shopify website and when certain products are restocked on the site. Monitors hundreds of sites with hundreds of keywords.
- When a product is added or restocked, the program will send notification to a Slack channel in a workspace. The slack notification will display the site, product, picture of the product, sizes in stock, quantity of stock, as well as a button to add each size to cart. (refer to attached images for example)
- The program will check against keywords in the product titles as well as the site's sitemap.
-Certain sites and/or keywords will post to different channels in the Slack Workspace.
-I need this program to be able to stream to [login to view URL] via webhooks to several different channels. I also must be able to have an option to put in proxies and be able to add new websites to the program.
- Preferably written in Java or Python, but ultimately up to the developer on what they think is the best.
- I will potentially need help setting up the program on a server.
- This product will be licensed to me and you must be able to give me lifetime support if I need any assistance in the future.
