Software application for monitoring

We need a simple desktop software for monitoring wifi access point. The software needs to have a visual interface which can be able to read RSSI and noise level as well as which access point it reading

The graphical interface needs to show the graph about RSSI and [url removed, login to view] is need an option to change the sample rate
