We are a service based company looking for a software solution that would be web based. The software would need the ability to add estimates, that would create to a work order, that would be able to be placed on some kind of calendar/dispatch board, that could become an invoice, where all the data could be exported to quickbooks. Product would need to be able to be managed through the software. Reports tracking profit, time spent on jobs, aging reports, past dues, and other necessary information would need to be included. We currently use a software platform called ServiceCeo. We would like a platform similar to that, but can be customized for our specific needs.
