Telegram bot checking bitcoin transactions

I need a Telegram bot that would do the following:
1.- take 5 entries from the user
2.- generate a new bitcoin deposit address and give it to the user with the amount to pay based on the previous 5 entries
3.- when the user sends bitcoin to the provided address AND confirmations from network are at lease 3: ask the user the 6th entry, push it to a json file and provide a download link.
I provide the http post link to push to the json file. For bitcoin wallet address, can be used a BitGo API or BitPay API rather than a local bitcoin demon.
