Two forms on website don't work anymore

We haveWe currently have two forms on the website that no longer work properly.
1st Form: Trial training
This is a request for a trial training course and we have had a plugin developed for it.
2nd Form: Membership
Here a membership is to be concluded and the form extends over several steps. We have developed a plugin for this too.
On the first page, you select a membership, choose the term (3, 6, 12 months) and the location (if requested).
Then you have to select the payment method (monthly, semi-annually, annually) and click on "Continue". Now the form starts to work incorrectly. First of all, we can't send it because we get an error saying that the zip code is missing although it is there. On the right-hand side, the parcel information etc. is correct, but a sentence regarding the location is missing at the bottom. This can be checked by activating an old cache.
We do have SMTP too but as far as I know this is not necessary when using phpmail is that right?
I need someone who can start right now and work the next 3-4 hours continually on this project because it is a live working site.
You should be very good in PHP and should know WordPress plugin architecture very well too. The website is in German but was developed by a Turkish web company which doesn't exist anymore. The whole website is working very well, just the forms (custom made PHP plugins) don't.
