I need someone who can build a website from scratch. It will be a community site for a local Pokemon Go community. Standard pages such as "Meet the Team", "Contact Page", "Local Events", "Gallery", and possibly a couple others. But, we need page that's somewhat more complicated, our "Trainers" page. This will need to reflect three things: (1) A list of Unique Profiles created by our visitors (they need to create accounts on the site, which get stored in our database) (2) A leaderboard/ranking system (also gets pulled from the database) (3) Individual profile viewing page for each individual profile/account. From the list we can click on any profile to take us to these individual profile viewing pages. This is also something as an administrator I will need to be able to modify freely. Specifically, adding unique images on whichever profile I select. Graphics are not essential but we are open to looking as what you can offer. Feel free to ask me any questions.
