WooCommerce / Wordpress Experts needed

Our retail website needs to have numerous issues resolved, optimization and and over clean-up. We are looking for someone who can either work with the current plug-ins that we have or setup something that will meet our needs. Critical needs for us:
- Retail site for our products along with Printify integration for their products. (Current issue is Printify shipping does not appear for those products.)
- Shipstation is what we currently use for shipping and ideally will stay with that for our retail line.
- Wholesale interface to allow our wholesellers the ability to order from a clean form quickly or view account history, etc. (Currently use B2B wholesale suites)
- Age verification for all purchases (except wholesale)
- Store and cart effeciency
The above is critical but there are numerous other things (Inventory management, reporting, optimization, etc)
We want to find a team to work with to help get us to a solid baseline and then grow with us. This would be an initial project to get us to where we need to be and then recurring support and additional projects as we grow. We are looking to establish a long term relationship with a group that can meet our needs.
