Hi,
I will provide you with front end screens for the app which have all the information tabulated and listed down. We also have a workflow document that you can use. You would require to build a javascript widget that will be created and deployed by on websites. It will have to be integrated with the current product (you will have to understand it). Also the following tasks need to be done to complete the current product :
1. Information collection from websites storing in Database (JS)

3. Push notification for APN and GCM
4. Security and code clean up
5. Some changes in php of app
6. Testing of some APIs that are sending information to the app (already built)
7. Changes in text and images of website
