Help me with my website

My website is up. I will be selecting a new host immediately but need someone that will work with me to change/update features for me.
This is a huge database that gathers information on thousands of skincare products from different cosmetic lines from across the globe, puts them in one place and helps customers find the best products for their skin type and according to their personal needs (or choices; ie: cruelty-free, organic, all natural, etc). Basically, it does all the research and narrows the products down for the customer to choose from.
I hired someone to do this but they are completely unresponsive to me since completing. I have the backup of the site and am ready to move it to a new host and find someone to continue to make changes to it as needed.
