I would like to hire a Programmer

I want the vats reprogrammed on a 1997 buick lesabre 3.8 ltr and the theft deterrent control module turned off. I have a resistered wired into the steering harness so I do not need a chip in the key to start it but I can't unplug the theft

deterrent module because it the ecm still checks it to make sure the ohms match. I want all that turned off plus the horn and automatic door locking and unlocking and the courtesy light function the theft deterrent module controls. I don't need the security features the buick has because fixing it is more expensive than the car is worth. I am tired of the horn honking for no reason and so are my neighbors.
