we are managing several projects at the same time and need help in supervising each projects. This means finding out what tasks need to be done, by when, and following up with the resources assigned. also means, and updating basecamp with each task and the latest on each project, identifying issues ahead of time, establishing who are the key support resources and establishing communication between resources to resolve problems.
you will need a skype account, and have good communication (both written & verbal) english skills. you will also need to use Backpack ([url removed, login to view]) to share information and encourage communication between resources.
i expect you to work at least 4-6 hours per week on our projects. please bid for a monthly allowance.
