project manager - Dubai

I need someone based in Dubai, to go to the various gold shops based in the city, and arrange business agreements with them, to sell the 18, 22 and 24 carrot gold products on my new online store - i would need the price structure / payment structure agreed (the products will be going to end customers based initially in the UK), so we would need a returns policy agreed also - For all products, i would need photos (all photo on the site needs to be the same, so taken with a white background and a professional camera), and a description (weight, purity of gold, available sizes etc) - i want arrangements with around 5 of the best value (so would need to discuss with around 20 different stores) - product range must include, for 18, 22 and 24 carrot, bracelets, necklaces, rings, pendants etc
