Python script for piping postfix

I need a script that will pipe mails as transport in postfix, will take mails as stdin, check if the mail is text/html/rtf, any kind of mail should be converted to html (unless already html) the mail structure and data should remain as is, it needs to add an image with url on the image to it and save it to the disk in text format that if changed to .eml outlook should be able to open.
The function that will add the image should be able to accept location of where to add the image (header|footer|left to body|right to body).
Each message saved should have a different name (you can use uuid/guid) the message should be save before it's handled as one file and after as another file with the same name and some suffix like "handled"
the environment to work on should be centOS and python v3.5 and above (NOT 2.7).
emails can come in different languages and different encoding!
