This project is for the development of a Chrome extension framework that interacts with our Rails based web application. Requirements are as follows:
1. Setup a structure for a building and compiling a Chrome extension with a React frontend
2. Integrate login to web application via oauth2
3. When a user visits a website, send the url to an authenticated api - If the api returns results, display a notification on the extension icon.
4. When extension icon is clicked, if there are results, render them to a popup with React
