Exterior 3D modelling of 3 townhouses

We are looking for a 3D designer or team to work on the following:
Modelling:
1. 3x 2 floor town houses that need to be modelled. 2 of the town houses have similar exterior features (not exactly the same), while 1 is very different from the other 2.
2. Driveway and central landscaping as per the landscaping plans.
3. Swimming pool, exterior decking, pergola and garden for 3rd town house.
4. Boundary walls of property (simple)
5. The total land area is approx 1000 sq. m
6. All modelling has to be done as per specifications from the elevations, site layouts, section drawings and materials schedule.
7. Neighbouring 2 houses can be added as gray boxes.
8. Tree line surrounding property needs to be shown.
Rendering:
1. Photo realistic renders are required.
2. Renders need to show photo realistic foliage, which can NOT be added through Photoshop, it must be added as models.
3. Renders would be used to create 360° panoramic views, so image outputs need to be either JPG or TIFF in 360° X 180° with a resolution of 8000px X 4000px. If you can't do panoramic, we can also do with 90° X 90° FOV renders with 6 renders from each point of interest (the 6 renders will help us create 360° X 180° image).
4. In all, there are 2 points of interest in the property, which will be used to create the 360s.
a. The central area to show all 3 units and the landscaping
b. Outdoor features for 3rd town house.
5. We would also need 2x regular views for the property with 5000 x 2000 px dimensions. These need to be for the following locations-
a. Aerial view of property
b. View of 3rd town house's exterior gardens.
