141062 Tranfer from between servers

I have currently:

1. A reseller account for web hosting that is on a shared account.

2. A VPS account for free web hosting

Both are with different companies

I want to move them from the two to one dedicated server.

I have 10 websites (PHP CMS Database driver) on the shared reseller account and only the main site on the VPS no free accounts.

So 11 total websites to move along with all the site tools:

XPanel for free hosting

Webmin -Virtualmin -Usermin for the paid hosting

PHPMyAdmin

Apache 2

PHP 5

MySQL 5

Sendmail

PureFTPD [url removed, login to view]

I need someone who will answer my questions up front and after the install of everything to ensure I get up and running properly.
