331259 SEO Relevant inbound links

We need "RELEVANT" inbound links (not reciprocal) from pages with PageRank 3 and higher. The links will need to be in the insurance space. ALL links must be approved by us.

Let's start with 30 inbound links to start. This may well become an ongoing relationship with a good provider.

-- The links will come from a page of Google PageRank 2 and higher.

-- Links should be from related sites to auto insurance or home insurance.

-- We will let you know what the anchor text needs to be.

-- All links will point to one domain but maybe to different pages in the domain

-- Our site should not be submitted to major search engines or major directories, unless you receive direct permission from us.

-- Links from BLOGS are acceptable ONLY IF they are related to insurance.

-- No forum submissions acceptable.

-- No directory submissions.

-- Do not spam, or submit to Free for all (FFA), guest books or links farms, or any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty.

-- Do not get more than 10 links from sites that are owned by a single person, group or company.

-- Only 1 link per site (IP), no duplicates on one site.

-- No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links, Flash sites/pages, or other unethical or black-hat tactics. All links must be permanent and only direct static links will be approved. No Javascript, cgi, or other redirect scripts.

-- Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, within frames etc. Page must not be excluded by [url removed, login to view] or noindex and the anchor text must not contain the rel=nofollow tag.

-- Links from orphan or doorway pages specifically created for links exchange are not acceptable.

-- Absolutely no links from adult content, gambling, pharmacy, indecent, or questionable websites

-- Maximum of 30 outgoing links on the page that the link is placed, else the link will not be counted towards the requirement.

-- All links should be in place for a minimum of 12 months.
