Hello Freelancers,
I am the marketing director for a green services and consulting company based out of California. I am looking for a virtual assistant to assist me in various jobs & tasks that I deal with on a day to day basis. In the beginning, work will be part-time, but as long as things go well, the position will be promoted to full-time with the potential for a raise + bonuses.
I am looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Fluent in english (writing and grammar)
- Access to either MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, Skype, etc.
- Your work day does not have to match mine exactly, but there has to be some crossover in availability from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST (UTC -8)
- Experience with eco-friendly services, sustainability, and "green" business is a MAJOR plus
- Experience in SEO, link building, and basic web development principals
- Experience writing and submitting press releases, articles, content, etc.
- Familiarity and experience blogging, message boards, etc.
- Good understanding of Social Media Optimization and social networking
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
- Data mining and marketing research experience, lead generation, data entry, etc.
- Positive and upbeat attitude, with a hard-working mentality, and the desire to take expand role of responsibility
- Ability to track your hours and document the work you've done so that I can keep track of what you're doing
- You must be responsible, organized, and efficient in your work
Education in English Writing, Marketing, Business, etc. is a plus. Experience with Photoshop and graphic design is also a plus. If you have connections with marketing, seo, etc. contacts that is a plus. With your bid, please include your hourly or weekly desired salary, along with your resume, some sample PRs or examples work you've done (if you have samples).
I am looking for a lasting and reliable relationship with my assistant. Hard work will be rewarded frequently with bonuses & raises accordingly, but you'll have to prove your worth before you receive your promotions.
